Issued by the Leader Theatre of Washington D.C. is a 1922 W573 paralleled autograph of Roger Peckinpaugh (d.1977). Deemed "authentic" by PSA/DNA, Peckinpaugh prominently inscribed his name (grading a "6-7") in vintage pencil across the surface of the card. Due to the locale of the theater, and Peckinpaugh's prominent role with the Senators, it is feasible that Peckinpaugh signed this rare card during his Senators career (1922-1926). The card itself is in FR-GD condition with multiple creasing and a pencil marking on the reverse. Among the scarcest of the W573 parallels, minor stars such as Peckinpaugh demand a significant premium. An interesting signed piece from the glory days of the Washington Senators.
