Incorporating scarce autographed trading cards with encapsulated cuts, offered are (11) 1933-1960 JSA and PSA/DNA authenticated pieces. Hall of Famers, perennial All-Stars and obscure role players are present in this stellar grouping. Highlighted are 1933 Goudey: #142 Paul Richards (d.1986, "9"); 1936 Diamond Stars High Numbers: #89 Joe Stripp (d.1989, "8"); 1940 Playball: #16 Cecil Travis ("6", glue and paper loss on back); 1950 Bowman: #14 Alex Kellner ("10"), #103 Eddie Joost ("8"); 1960 Topps: #230 Warren Spahn/Magicians (d.2003, "9"); PSA/DNA Encapsulated Cuts: Earl Sparky Adams (d.1989, "10", "St. Louis B.B. Club" inscription), Jimmie Dykes (d.1976, "9") and Hal Schumacher (d.1993, "8", "New York Giants 1934" inscription). Also included is a beautiful signed Robert M. "Lefty" Grove piece (d.1975). Measuring 5x7, this decorative ephemera is graced by a trio of Grove cut-outs, carefully inscribed notations and a clean blue-ink autograph of this Hall of Famer fireballer, grading ("6-7"). Additionally, a comely 7x11 Baseball Magazine signed page of Bucky Walters (d.1991) is present. Carefully inscribed with "Reds 1941" (the year Cincinnati won the World Series), Walters autograph (grading a "9") exhibits wonderful penmanship along the bottom of the page. The Grove and Walters pieces come with COAs from James Spence Authentications.
