As the years pass, the legend of Roberto Clemente increases exponentially. Authentic signatures of the great Latino ball player are among the toughest of all players from his generation. Presented is a National Bank asset sheet signed by four of the 1972 Pittsburgh Pirates, most notably Roberto Clemente. Eerily, the statement is dated April 18, 1972, which would indicate that Clemente signed this sheet sometime within the last eight months of his life. The blue ink full Roberto Clemente signature grades a (6-7) and can be removed from the relic and used as a cut signature. The other autographs on the sheet are (Willie) Stargell (d.2001), Manny Sanguillen and Al Oliver. The sheet itself is in VG condition but none of the flaws affect the Clemente or Stargell signatures. COA from PSA/DNA.
