Since the 1920s Yankee Stadium has been the home of the Bronx Bombers and this pair of 1940s pennants each pay homage to the legendary park. These are both medium length pennants measuring 26” long, each featuring intact trims and a pair of double-tassels. The first features an interior shot of Yankee Stadium, reading American League Champs beneath it. While the trim exhibits pinholes, the point does not. As with the second pennant, all of the lettering remains bold and legible, with minimal cracking or fading. The second example features an external color image of the “House that Ruth Built.” There are no pinholes present on this example; however, point wear is comparable to that of the previous pennant. A lovely pair of vintage Yanks pennants simply waiting to be proudly displayed.
